4. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• In cases of cancellation:

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to be rescheduled.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of that session without refund.
